  1. Thanks for the new page! Midori’s physical injuries may heal quickly, but psychological scars are more difficult to fix.

  2. That’s not blood! That’s just leftover cherry Kool-aid. See, Midori was actully just trying to be clever, and she wanted to look less conspicuous while out in public. So, she tried to dye her hair red with cherry Kool-Aid in the shower… But, as you can see, it didn’t work.

  3. I love all the emotion in the different poses here. Each character is dealing with their own inner turmoil’s, and it really shows in their expressions and postures. Looking forward to the next scene!

A little memento of that harrowing encounter, just for Midori.

Centralia 2050 Vol 1+2 Kickstarter ending soon!

Hey lovely folks!

Popping in with a quick final reminder about the volume 1 and 2 Kickstarter– we’re fully-funded and have even made the concept+guest art stretch goal! Currently we have 14 hours left to pledge before the campaign wraps at 11:11. I’ve been talking about the kickstarter a bunch on socials, but announcing it here as well in case you don’t follow me elsewhere!

You can get Centralia 2050 VOL 1 and 2 here!

Plus– here’s a look at some of the original artworks I’ve made for the campaign, which are available as part of a postcard set!

And to those who’ve pledged, thank you again for supporting the comic. There are a lot of media productions with huge budgets and entire teams to help out, but for many comic artists, we’re out here creating stories on our own, with limited resources and time. I write, illustrate, format and publish Centralia by myself, and I’m very fortunate to have a partner who helps me with feedback, the website, and working on the campaign. I began publishing Centralia in 2015, and there’s been many ups and downs, but truly the comic would not be where it is without the support and readership of folks like yourself! So again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in and supporting Centralia.
