This page seems to be broken, the next button on the previous page and the link in the “Posted on” date say it should be at /comic/3121/ but that page leads to a 404.
It looks like Midori is trying to wash away the guilt she feels (a fairly common reaction even though the guy she killed deserved it). She needs time and space to process things, while at the same time she needs people she can turn to when she’s ready to talk.
In short, be there but don’t push her.
Hey guys! Chapter 4 is planned to wrap up soon, which means the comic is in need of guest art for the upcoming chapter break! If you’d like to help out the comic and get some nice promotion for your artwork, consider submitting! All accepted guest art will be posted to the site’s main page with links to your social media page(s).
Guidelines for guest art:
Submission period is from September 5 to October 24. The chapter break itself will be from October 1-31, during which I will be posting guest art. Please send all submissions to michelle@centralia2050.com with “Guest Art Submission” as the subject line.
Single illustrations are preferred, but one-page self-contained comics are ok.
Please send files as JPG or PNG, 900 px at the widest is preferred. Be sure to include your name and a link to your website/social media so I can credit your work on the site!
Artwork must be related to Centralia 2050 and its characters.
No NSFW or suggestive artwork.
I reserve the right to refuse any submissions if I feel they violate the guidelines or are generally a poor fit for the comic.

Turning off your phone isn’t good enough. You have to physically remove the battery, which the manufacturers are making harder and harder.
